I believe it’s unacceptable to interrupt other people when they’re talking. 

The first problem with that is it’s impolite and would give the other person a bad impression of you. If one is trying to make a point and keeps getting interrupted, it’s upsetting and disrespectful and shows poor etiquette. 

The second problem with interrupting people is it makes it difficult to fully comprehend the point one is trying to put across. You might even miss some valuable information if you don’t let the speaker finish what they are saying. So interrupting people is totally unacceptable in my opinion.

  e.g. Joanna left her husband because of his unacceptable behaviour.

   

• make a point

• disrespectful

  show no respect.

   

• etiquette

  Etiquette is a set of customs and rules for polite behaviour.

  e.g. According to etiquette, you should stand up to meet a guest. 

   

• comprehend

  understand

  e.g. They can neither read nor write, nor can they comprehend such concepts.
