Schools shouldn't allow young students to use calculators during exams. Do you agree or disagree with the statement?
I totally agree that school’s shouldn’t allow young students to use calculators during exams. Research shows that at a young age, the human brain hasn’t fully developed so it’s important to keep the brain active. If schools allow students to become dependent on calculators at an early age, by the time they’re adults, they won't be able to function to their full potential.
Also I think using calculators makes students lazy. A student isn’t supposed to be looking for short cuts and easy ways out, they are supposed to learn at a young age that nothing should come easy and allowing them use calculators just (猜词互动)传达了错误信息 . So, I support the idea that, until they are older, young students shouldn’t be allowed to use calculators.
