The best background for a government leader is Law. I think to govern a country, one has to (猜词互动:精通) the laws that govern that nation and while not anybody can do this, I think a lawyer would do it best because they spend their lives constantly studying and using the law and so they would be better at advocating for the rights of the people.
In addition to that, lawyers are better at presenting themselves in public. They are more charismatic and overall, I think they are better at public speaking which is critical for someone who has to spend a lot of time addressing the nation. So, I think a lawyer would make the best government leader.
